Swoly canoli!

After running a program focused mostly on static strength for the last 20+ weeks, I’ve decided to switch things up towards the end of the year. To get through the festive season somewhat gracefully I’m running Brian Alsruhe’s “Reps per Minute” program once more.

Gotta give it to Brian’s programs: The relentless timing and combination of lifts make you feel something. Often it’s your sore back, flared tendons, or exhaustion — but quite often it’s also excitement, pride and outright fun. I sure had a constant smile on my phase during day one of my training.
